Fall 2026 BSN Admission will open Sept. 15, 2025.
The BSN Fall 2026 application opens on Sept. 15, 2025 in NursingCAS and will feature two applications:
- BSN_Current TXST Students (students currently attending TXST)
- BSN_NON Current TXST Students (students NOT currently attending TXST)
Fall 2026 Application link will be posted on the BSN Program Overview page on Sept. 15, 2025.
Date ranges for taking the TEAS exam for Fall 2026 BSN Admission
PRIORITY_Current TXST Students January 16, 2025 - December 15, 2025
GENERAL_Current TXST Students Janurary 16, 2025-January 15, 2026
GENERAL_NON Current Students January 16, 2025 - March 15, 2026
Only the first two attempts during these time frames will be accepted. Applicants who make two attempts must upload both attempts into Nursing CAS during the application submission. We will only accept the ATI-Nursing type on the TEAS exam.
You are required to submit at least 1 set of test scores If you took a second attempt, please upload your additional set of scores in the 'Optional' Documents for Test Score Report.
You are only allowed two test attempts for this cycle. We will only honor your FIRST TWO ATTEMPTS. Both attempts must be taken within the the date range of January 16, 2025 through December 15, 2025 (PRIORITY APPS) or January 15, 2026 (GENERAL APPS). If more than 1 attempt is taken, the two attempts must be taken at least 30 days apart from eachother.
If we are not able to verify all of the details in these instructions from your submissions, your application will be marked as ineligible and you will automatically be denied admission for Fall 2026.
